Summary

Summary 

 In the blog post titled "EDN419 SITE" I have shared lots of article, reflection paper, excursion video, write-up and few pictures too. So in this summarization paper I am going to share importance of each material I have uploaded in blog. I am not going to talk about introductory notes, ppt file, picture and video that are uploaded in blog because it was done as a practice in class. 

I have uploaded two reflection paper on two different topic. I have uploaded reflection paper on article written by Yeshi Lhendup and other one on use of ICT educational tools in teaching and learning. One of the primary purposes of a reflection paper is to engage in self-reflection. It provides an opportunity to explore and analyze personal experiences, thoughts, and emotions related to a particular topic or experience. Writing about these reflections helps individuals gain self-awareness, deepen their understanding, and make connections between theory and practice. The other purpose of writing a reflection paper is to engage in critical thinking, learning, personal development, and effective communication. It serves as a valuable tool for enhancing understanding, promoting growth, and making connections between theory and practice. 

Then I have uploaded 5 different pictures of myself and along with short write-up. Pictures can make a blog visually appealing and engaging for readers. They capture attention and add visual interest to the text, making it more enjoyable to read and browse through. A well-placed and relevant image can make the blog visually appealing and help maintain reader engagement. Uploading pictures in blog also serves the purpose of illustration and explanation, emotional connection and etc. 

Then I have uploaded the critical analysis on my learning experience. A critical analysis helps individuals evaluate the effectiveness of their learning experience in achieving the intended learning outcomes. It provides an opportunity to assess whether the learning experience met the desired goals and objectives and whether the acquired knowledge, skills, or insights are applicable and valuable. The purpose of writing a critical analysis on a learning experience is to reflect,gain deeper understanding of one's learning process, assess the effectiveness of the experience, identify strengths and weaknesses, apply theory to practice, continuously improve, and contribute to the field of education. 

Finally I have uploaded one Excursion video which was filmed while visiting to Kichu Lhakhang. Videos provide a more immersive experience compared to text or images alone. By uploading an excursion video, you can transport your readers/viewers to the actual location and allow them to experience the sights, sounds, and atmosphere of the excursion firsthand. It enhances their engagement and creates a more dynamic and interactive blog post. Moreover, uploading an excursion video on your blog allows you to easily share and document the experience with others. It provides a platform for you to showcase your excursion to a wider audience, whether they are fellow travelers, friends, family, or simply individuals interested in the destination or activity. The video acts as a visual record that can be revisited and shared for future reference, but one have to understand that the video is of good quality, properly edited, and relevant to the excursion being discussed in the blog. It should align with the overall purpose and theme of your blog post and enhance the reader's understanding and engagement.

Hence, a blog can serve as a platform for personal self-expression and creativity. It provides an outlet for individuals to share their thoughts, ideas, experiences, and perspectives with others in a creative and engaging manner. Maintaining a blog can contribute to personal growth and development. It encourages individuals to improve their writing, communication, and organizational skills. It can also foster a continuous learning mindset as bloggers research, explore new topics, and engage with their audience. Meanwhile, by uploading blog posts, articles, or other forms of content, bloggers can provide insights, knowledge, tips, or advice on specific topics of interest. Moreover, blogs are often used as platforms for educational purposes. Uploading content such as tutorials, how-to guides, or instructional videos can help teach readers new skills, techniques, or concepts. The blog becomes a valuable resource for individuals seeking to learn and improve in a particular area. Likewise, blog content serves as different purposes like entertainment and inspiration, building online community, business purposes, branding and promotion, generating income, sharing knowledge and ideas, and etc. Most importantly blog helps your personal growth and development in literature and learning.
